I've been working with Joanna on issues surrounding anxiety. Typically, when I fly, I need to be medicated to deal with panic attacks. I just took a cross-country trip--there and back--without medication and without any distress. It was quite the change!

I found this a very useful session. Joanna was great at identifying the issues and giving me skills to learn to cope with them. I learned some visualization techniques that I've already started using and am working to incorporate them into my day to day to decrease my personal stressors. I have been working with Joanna on some of my issues at work: distractibility, procrastination, creative blocks. After each session, I see a marked difference/improvement in meeting my daily goals with diminishing struggle. I feel much more contented, my stress levels are lower, my sleep better, my relationships less prickly. I will continue this work with her on a consistent basis. I'm excited to see where I go from here.

Two days after our last session, I received word that a business that I had wanted to work with, and had been trying consistently for five years to obtain a contract with, accepted my proposal.
